Now I cannot cook. I am known for being the person that burnt pasta (and before you say it-it is not impossible) …however I like my food…what to do?!

Most people who know they can’t cook don’t even try-but for some reason I am still under the impression that I am the ‘naked chef’ and I am waiting for something to just click. I will suddenly (in dream world) go from the worst cook in the world to the female version of Jamie Oliver!

I am not going to tell you how to make them because truth be it the way I made  them was probably the wrong way. 

I am not going to tell you what they should taste like-because I definitely do not know that. 

What I am going to do is present you with the most naughty devilish cookies I have ever seen.    

The result of a giggly night in with my housemate where we both wanted to cook something…anything!….just something that would hopefully taste good. She attempted a rather amazing Carrot Cake-and succeeded. Never one to be the same as everyone else I decided to type into google and find the wierdest yet most delicious cookies! 

I just so happened to come across the best.

Are they easy to make? YES! Thats the best bit-they sound complicated but they are not!!! Literally just a case of cooking some peanut butter cookies and moulding them around a pre-made Oreo cookie! 

Cheat? Yes perhaps but a good delicious one!!!! hehehe…

I call them my TIT COOKIES..and they taste AMAZING!! 

The recipe is not mine so I have posted it below- including the website that it came from and the instructions!

INGREDIENTS

2 sticks butter, softened

1/2 c. packed brown sugar

3/4 c. white sugar

2 large eggs

1/4 c. peanut butter (I melt it for 15 secs. on high before mixing in)

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

10 ounces milk chocolate chips

1 package Oreo cookies*

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream together the butter and sugars. Add in the eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Slowly add the dry mix to the wet mixture until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Cover and refrigerate the dough for an hour or in the freezer for a half hour.

Preheat oven to 350*.

Roll the cookie dough into 1 1/2″ balls, then flatten into disks. Place one disk on top of an oreo, another on the bottom, and seal the sides together, totally enclosing the oreo.

Place the cookies at least two inches apart on a baking sheet and bake for 9-13 minutes until cookies are slightly golden in color. (I had to use a spatula and check the bottoms of the cookies; when the bottoms were golden brown, I removed them from the oven, even if the tops looked underdone. I let them sit on the cookie sheet an additional 2 minutes before placing on a wire rack to cool and that seems to set the cookies adequately.)

Cool on a wire rack, and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
